The Fountainhead (1949)

First rate director and cast with an obsessive crazy author. Rand reportedly threatened to impersonate her protagonist and blow up the production if they changed any of her overwrought dialogue. Bad-Film Fans should rejoice at her kooky antics as this gem is filled with more unbelievable over the top writing and bizarre characters then most any other dramatization .  Also  intact is her soft-core S&M sub-plots and Cheesy Freudian Imagery.  This is a perfect encapsulation of the hilarious adolescent ravings of Rand.

Unknown, The (1927)

This film belongs on any list of the greatest movies of all time. Probably Tod Browning best film, and thats saying a lot. Lon Chaney's performance is the stuff of legend. And an early Joan Crawford appearance.
